amazing location surprise checkout friendly staff great helpfulness
The location was amazing. I was close to all the main attractions. The staff provided a surprise late checkout and balloons for my friend's birthday. It was very kind of them. The staff were very friendly. I really appreciated their helpfulness.
The cleaner did not clean the room very well. They left my pillows on the floor.

The staff was very polite and helpful. They were really nice too ensure my stay was perfect. I received a free room upgrade and a thoughtful handwritten note at my door. This was a nice touch.

The hotel is located on a quiet street. It is tucked away but still close to everything I wanted to see. I enjoyed the walking access to shops, museums, and parks. Public transportation was easily accessible from here.

excellent hotel, a good experience
polite staff thorough cleaning available room
staff was very kind and polite. cleaning was thorough throughout my stay. i asked for a room upstairs, and they found one available to me. breakfast lounge was cozy and inviting.
the hotel lacked a mini fridge. this made storing drinks and snacks difficult. i had to buy ice daily to keep my beverages cold.

the breakfast included omelets prepared upon request. fresh pancakes was also available, that was a nice addition. the breakfast service felt very european.
